 I know you explained what you did to the `Portfile`, but it would
 nevertheless be helpful if you would upload the `Portfile` for version
 2.0.0 with all your changes. Given that it's a final release it might even
 be `wireshark`, not just `wireshark-devel`.

 Someone should look into the building scripts. It might be a trivial patch
 or a trivial build setting to fix this. Just run
 {{{
 otool -L /Applications/MacPorts/Wireshark.app/Contents/MacOS/Wireshark
 }}}
 and you'll get a list of all libraries that Wireshark expects.
