 So this was wrong. I changed it to
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7
 /site-packages and still have the same issues.

 So there is the error!! The library i have is 3.7.8.1, not 3.7.8.
 osmocom_fft is looking for 3.7.8. How to fix this?
