New description:

The `system-tools-backends` port is packaged in a very weird way.

 The files under `/opt/local/share/system-tools-backends-2.0/scripts`
probably belong elsewhere (somewhere under Perl module) and the script
 `/opt/local/share/system-tools-
 backends-2.0/scripts/SystemToolsBackends.pl` uses `#!/usr/bin/perl`, while
the port itself depends on `p5.xx-net-dbus` which probably has no effect
as long as the files don't link against the matching Perl version.
