Comment:

 We need to have a canonical location where web files get installed by
 ports. I think ${prefix}/www/${subport} has been a popular location.

 The port, I see, also installs itself to a different location if the
 apache (version 1) port is installed; it must stop doing that and always
 install itself to the same location.
