Comment:

 This issue has been reported against a number of apps and has to do with
 permission problems when using Xcode 7.2.  See the discussion in the
 [https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#xcode7.2 ProblemHotlist]
 for a possible fix.
