 Here are 2 portfiles that provide Freedesktop icon themes I use:
 - Ciment for (not only...) KDE4
 - Mate and Menta

 I use the former as my default theme in KDE applications as it provides
 in-application icons that are very appropriate for the "Graphite" look.
 The latter is my GtK/Gnome fallback theme.
