 Port py35-openpyxl (also py34-openpyxl and perhaps earlier py*-openpyxl
 ports) depends on module et_xmlfile. As far as I can tell, no available
 port provides et_xmlfile.

 Workaround: Install py35-pip, get et_xmlfile from
 https://pypi.python.org/pypi and install it using pip-3.5.
