 This patch updates rsnapshot from 1.3.1 (released in 2008, I think) to
 1.4.1 (released in August 2015).

 If this patch is accepted then #47993 is no longer needed because it's
 fixed upstream.

 I've also made the port dependent on p5-lchown rather than specifically
 p5.16-lchown. Hope that's the right approach.

 This is my first MacPorts patch. Apologies in advance if it's not quite
 right.
