 Thanks for dar1985.lukic at gmail.com. Patch
 "define_nonstandard_clang_macros.patch"​ work for me (port build gcc48 -
 Ok).

 Manual:
 * copy define_nonstandard_clang_macros.patch to
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/lang/gcc48/files/
 ;
 * `sudo port edit gcc48' and add line "patchfiles-append
 define_non_standard_clang_macros.patch".
