Yes, it just means another display. Which does not exist …

Why is it locked? I shut down the previous X.Org server a minute or two
ago. Do I have to wait longer? Do I have to reboot? Or log off/log in?

I am not hardcoding anything like that. Why should I do that? Make such
effort?
