 While reinstalling all my ports (after a migration to OS X 10.11), only
 `aquaterm` appears to be unable to build.  (It's also near the top
 alphabetically, so fails my `upgrade outdated` right away).

 Other installations are building fine (eg. Python27 etc.). XCode works and
 CLI tools are installed/agreed to.  Macports has a working home directory
 in the default location (in `/opt/local/var/macports/home`).

 It fails with:
