 As a quick workaround, I copied the PortFile & `lang/py-htmldocs`
 directory etc. from
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/lang
 /py-htmldocs/` into a local repo
 (https://guide.macports.org/chunked/development.local-repositories.html),
 edited the PortFile to reflect the "correct checksums" reported by `sudo
 port -v checksum py35-htmldocs` for `python.version == 35`, and then
 finally got it to install (and could finally finish the `spyder27/35`
 installations!).
