 This is an update for port:QtCurve:

 - it improves the Qt5 port and allows it to build with KF5 support
 - it introduces patches that improve behaviour under Qt5 (a.o. respect of
 the ShowIconsInButtons preference)
 - it introduces a new subport for the provided presets, which acts as a
 runtime requirement for all QtCurve versions (Qt4/KDE4, GTk2, Qt5/KF5).
