 Not sure when it stopped working, but tkdiff scrolling doesn't function
 properly.
 Click and drag on the central scroll tool and nothing happens.  Two finger
 scrolling in
 one of the windows causes one window to scroll (sometimes) but not the
 other.

 Macbook pro, running XQuartz 2.7.7, macport 2.3.3
