 It would be nice to fix this.  While trying to install unison on my PPC
 MacMini, I ran into this bug.  I edited it out of the affected Makefiles
 and it installed fine.  Had to figure this out myself.  Can't we remove
 the -no_compact_unwind from the configure file in this case?
