 Patch changes look right to me. Those patches include the fix for #44581,
 so if you want to verify that still works, temporarily move aside the SDK
 for your current OS X version and try building cmake. Those changes should
 go upstream BTW, I’m pretty sure they reflect what Apple’s tools accept as
 valid SDK/MDT combinations much better than upstream cmake’s current
 checks.
