Comment:

 Yeah, the check picks up the `sqlite3.h` from your sqlite installation in
 `/usr/local`, but the link happens against `/usr/lib/libsqlite3.dylib`, so
 it fails.

 Move `/usr/local/include` aside for a while and re-try and it'll work. We
 don't support having stuff in `/usr/local` for precisely this reason. We
 cannot easily make the compiler ignore these locations.
