 I am having the same issue: after I upgraded my `wireshark` to 1.12.3,
 trying to run it results in a `Segmentation fault: 11` error, but unlike
 the original submitter I am on Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. I have also
 attached a crash log. Thanks for looking into this.
