 Whenever I attempt(ed) to upgrade xterm @314, I receive the following
 error:

 The source file is indeed available at ftp://invisible-island.net/xterm/.
 I was able to upgrade xterm by manually downloading xerm-314.tgz, placing
 it into /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/xterm, and running the upgrade
 command.
