 On my setup, I've have success building octave with fltk and fltk-devel,
 using +glgui or -glgui, and lots of other variations. Maybe I'm lucky :)
 There's not rush, and I think I determined the root cause of the issue and
 fixed it. But, feedback (hopefully positive) is welcomed!
