I think that is what setting perl5.link_binary_suffix to empty is supposed
to achieve.
So, the only differences in our Portfiles seem, to me, to be innocuous,
unless they have some sneaky side-effects. I can't really see what my
Portfile is doing differently than p5-perl-critic. I don't want to second-
guess you, but are you ''sure'' the Portfile I've proposed for 0.8.1
doesn't install correctly under any supported perl? (ie. perl 5.16, 5.20)
