 The attached proposed patch updates p5-xml-libxslt to version 1.94 and
 adds an optional test dependency for more complete testing.  Changes
 relative to current version 1.92 are as follows

     - Fix builds on older versions of libxslt.
         - Breakage caused by the MaxVars change.
