 After updating the OS to 10.9.5, upgrading of gnucash failed. The problem
 might be an inconsistency in the current repository file with the new OS.
 Assistance is requested, a log file of the installation is attached.

 All Xcode and MacPort were updated. The port was uninstalled and cleaned;
 re-installation failed.

 Installation command that generates the error:

 sudo port install gnucash
