 I've finally had a chance to look at this and none of the downstream ports
 have released versions to fix this. Dolfin just [https://bitbucket.org
 /fenics-project/dolfin/pull-request/189/suitesparse-wrappers-uf_long-is-
 deprecated/diff fixed this last month]. PETSc still needs to update,
 though. I would prefer to hold back updating SuiteSparse until octave,
 dolfin, and petsc are compatible.
