 In #36705, ffmpeg is added as a dependency of youtube-dl. This is a rather
 heavy dependency when ffmpeg is required only to support one feature of
 youtube-dl which people may not use. In Debian, ffmpeg (and other similar
 packages) are recommended, but not dependencies. I suggest we take that
 approach here.
