 I installed diffpy today via Macports and then proceeded to update
 Macports via "selfupdate" then "upgrade outdated". Subsequently, I found
 that gwyddion that was previously installed now no longer worked. I ran
 "clean", "upgrade", all of which did not work. I then uninstalled gwyddion
 and is no longer capable of installing. Thank you
