 Dug some more. This issue was already encountered in #40540 when Augeas
 was bumped to 1.1.0. This ticked in turn referenced #40539, which added a
 symlink to the `NaturalDocs` modules in
 `/opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.3/`.

 mf2k: can you verify that the `naturaldocs` port indeed added this
 symlink?
