 The following errors are printed while building octave-tsa 4.2.7, though
 they don't prevent the build from completing:

 ls: /usr/local/MATLAB: No such file or directory
 ls: /usr/local/MATLAB/R*: No such file or directory
 ls: /usr/local/MATLAB/R*: No such file or directory
 make: /bin/mexext: Command not found
 ls: /usr/local/MATLAB/R*: No such file or directory
 make: /bin/mexext: Command not found
 }}}

 It seems wrong that the port would be looking for anything in /usr/local.
