 This should unblock you:

 1. Update to r131424
 2. Update config.h installed by libunwind-headers to change the '#if
 __APPLE__' to '#if __APPLE__ && !defined(USE_MACPORTS_LIBUNWIND)' in
 config.h

 I'm working on a better solution for this.
