 It seems that I managed to install them! I remember vaguely that I patched
 Portfile to apply the one patch. When I now try to forcibly build
 libunwind-headers I can see:

 {{{
 DEBUG: No need to upgrade! libunwind-headers 35.3_0 >= libunwind-headers
 35.3_0
 }}}

 and then port starts to build ld64…

 There must be something not working correctly with svn by which I have to
 update Macports. Or I need to return to the normal setup of MacPorts and
 perform the (self)update with rsynch…
