 I can confirm xulrunner-1.9.2.16.source.tar.bz2 is can be downloaded as of
 today.

 OTOH xulrunner-2.0 removes support for PowerPC
 [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/XULRunner_2.0_Release_Notes], so
 when that happens this should be kept as xulrunner1 or something.
