 Attached is a patch to update py-mayavi. With this update, mayavi supports
 vtk-6, and so I have edited this dependency. Further, vtk-6 does not offer
 x11 or carbon backends, and hence there is no point to further support
 wxpython-2.8 via py-pyface. Therefore, I will attach a patch to remove the
 wxpython-2.8 variant from pyface. Mayavi ''mostly'' works with
 wxpython-3.0 now, but qt4/pyside is recommended.
