Comment:

 This was not a clean build. Please
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets clean and
 try again], then attach the new main.log if it fails again.

 Also, I see you're running MacPorts as root. This has been linked with
 some problems in the past. Please instead run MacPorts as your normal
 administrative user using `sudo`.
