 I am attaching the portfile I created for libressl.  I also have a few
 patches.  As a drop-in replacement for openssl, installing libressl
 requires deactivating openssl, plus dependent ports need rebuilding
 against libressl's libraries via updating their Portfile.  Comments
 appreciated.
