 Build failed again in reinstalling without +bootstrap. I updated patch to
 handle both case.

 This will ensure that apple-gcc42 uses MacPorts versions of cctools and
 ld64
 which are newer than the ones included with Xcode and will work better and
 prevent some ports from failing to build.
