 Cairo is brought up to date w.r.t. the current port:cairo (1.14.0), and
 includes the 2015.01.01 Infinality patches.
 There are no sensible infinality/ultimate files to install (other than a
 changelog), so for this port I opted append the infinality version to
 ${version} when the +infinality variant is selected. Thus,
 `cairo at 1.14.0_0` becomes `cairo at 1.14.0.20150101_0+infinality`. This
 appears to pose no problems with `port outdated` or `port livecheck`.
