 A previous commit removed the livecheck for afsctool, but the master_site
 didn't change. I haven't checked, but I presume the source package is
 mirrored by MacPorts.

 The site is available at a new URL:
 https://brkirch.wordpress.com/afsctool/
 The download is currently hosted through GoogleDocs. Is there an existing
 handler for those? Or would this be a special case?
