 octave-control has been updated to version 2.8.3:
 * LTI models & iddata datasets: Support partial matching of property
 names.
 * mpower: Fixed bug. Improved reliability for the power computation of
 MIMO transfer functions.
 * set: Fixed bug. The iddata properties 'name', 'notes' and 'userdata' are
 now stored as expected.
