 No, I mean that installing the cairo port should always install the Quartz
 rendering backend and optionally install the X11 rendering backend.

 py-cairo should similarly always support the Quartz backend and optionally
 support the X11 backend if cairo supports it.

 My understanding from talking to others was that py-cairo was agnostic to
 the rendering backend, but it seems that isn't the case.
