 OK, so the step that fails for you is `make links depend gentests`;
 apparently your make process is just hanging there.

 Does `/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/make` exist on your
 system?

 Also, we've previously seen random hangs in Xcode's build tools that could
 be solved by a reboot (an awfully Windows-y workaround, but it worked in
 all cases so far). When did you last restart your system?
