Comment:

 Committed in r138529 with the following changes:
  - Obfuscated the maintainer address as recommended by `port lint
 --nitpick`
  - Changes `depends_build` to `depends_build-append` to avoid overwriting
 (and thus removing) the build dependency on cmake
  - Added an rmd160 checksum -- we mandate two checksums types, just in
 case one of the algorithms can no longer be considered secure in the
 future
