 All the ports I revbumped in r138577—gnutls, rdfind, VLC, VLC-devel—build
 fine with nettle 3; I would not have committed without testing that
 beforehand.

 VLC did not depend on nettle, but did opportunistically link with it, so I
 added the nettle dependency to it.
