 nghttp2 has been updated to version 1.1.2. New this version:
 * Fix linker error with libnghttp2_asio
 * Allow custom installation location for Python bindings (Currently
 broken, see below)

 I have refactored configure.env into alphabetical order, and added a
 regression patch for a Python destroot path issue (See
 https://github.com/tatsuhiro-t/nghttp2/issues/303).
