 Ionic asked a question on the IRC channel asking why the NOTES were taken
 out.

 According to the documentation as of 2.7, the environment variable changes
 are no longer necessary. WEBTOOLKIT_HOME is not used anymore, and the
 changes to PATH are ''recommended'', but
 [http://www.gwtproject.org/doc/latest/RefCommandLineTools.html not
 necessary].
