 This is saying that you have p5.22-io-socket-ip installed on your system
 but upgrade can't find it in the port index.
 Possibly due to the port index not being properly updated for one reason
 or another when you ran port selfupdate.

 Suggest you run port selfupdate again and see if that doesn't fix your
 index problem.
