 As a side note, /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/tcolorbox exists
 in my distribution, but does not contain the style file (there is only one
 file inside):

 $ ls /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/tcolorbox/
 tcbraster.code.tex
 $
 }}}

 The directory /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/etoolbox does NOT
 exist.
