 ERFA (Essential Routines for Fundamental Astronomy) includes a static
 table listing the leap seconds.
 ERFA 1.2.0 arrived on May 28 2015, including the addition of the
 2015-06-30 23:59:60 leap second.
 Modules depending on ERFA (e.g. astropy) need this in order to properly
 convert some formats, e.g. TAI <-> UTC.

 A suggested Portfile (trivial update) is attached.
