 Hm, are you sure about `-devel`? It formerly depended on `pX-math-random`,
 not `pX-math-round`. I haven't checked whether `random` has been really
 dropped, just pointing it out.

 Yeah, the `perl5.22` switch can and should come as a separate change. I
 just wanted to raise awareness.
