 I guess I'm fine with anything that ends up with the executables being
 withOUT the perl version suffix (ie. just "latexml").  And to the extent
 possible, minimize the need for users to have to install a particular
 version of perl, and minimize the need to track macport's default perl
 version to update the Portfile.
