 It doesn’t matter whether the change only affects a variant. If //any//
 files are added, changed, or moved, the revision should be increased.
 (Unless the importance of the change is truly dwarfed by the inconvenience
 of a rebuild. I wouldn’t revbump `atlas` to fix a documentation typo.)
